While initially featuring traditional healthcare colours like blues, light greys, and stock imagery, it no longer reflects the company’s evolved identity. The mobile optimisation has fallen behind current design trends, impacting user experience. Additionally, heavy reliance on Google Ads has inflated costs, limiting opportunities for reinvestment in growth.
Challenge
- Redesign the brand with a modern, premium feel inspired by LuLu Lemon, Sweaty Betty, and Until
- Create a more engaging website with custom imagery and videos

Imagery and videos
A premium rehab retreat, provided the ideal setting for filming and photography, complemented by additional shoots at their gyms and clinics, to showcase the high-end user experience.

Colours and typography
Moving away from traditional healthcare blue helped elevate the brand and stand out from competitors, with updated typography completing the look.

Expert content
Each section of the website was rewritten with the aid of a subject matter expert, focusing on more public-friendly language instead of technical healthcare terms.

Restructure and SEO
Working in collaboration with Rehab Physio London, we analysed Google Analytics to identify popular search terms, and created a new sitemap to match; while focusing on SEO optimisation with targeted keywords.

Case studies and reviews
Customers were eager to be featured on the website, sharing their positive rehab experiences. Through videos and photos, their rehab journey’s were featured.

Hubspot integration
Old contact forms were replaced with embedded Hubspot forms that automate workflows, minimising human effort and errors.
